(Special Vehicles Company) founded in 1978 and located near Winston-Salem, N.C. is a privately held company that specializes in custom fabrication of vehicles and trailers for unique applications. In 2004, the SPEVCO Medical Division evolved and continues to provide mobile medical units consisting of mobile hospitals, clinics, surgical suites, and many others forms of healthcare and training vehicles.
